How do I track my application?

Open Track and enter your tracking number, or tap any application on your home dashboard to see its live status and timeline.

What payment methods are accepted?

GCash, credit/debit cards, online banking (InstaPay / PESONet), or over-the-counter at the City Treasury. You'll get an official receipt instantly.

How long does a new business permit take?

It's processed within 7 working days under RA 11032 (the Ease of Doing Business Act) once your requirements are verified.

Can I apply on behalf of someone else?

Yes — upload a signed authorization letter and valid IDs of both parties during the application.

My document has an error. What do I do?

Request a correction from the issuing department, or file a complaint at the Public Assistance & Complaints Desk (PACD).
