AI suggestions and natural-language search are available on Premium and Custom only. Free and Basic do not include AI; the features are gated at the API, not just hidden.
Yes. From your workspace Billing page you can upgrade to Basic or Premium via PayPal, and your access changes to match the new plan once payment is confirmed.
Custom is for enterprises needing custom user/storage limits, white-label branding, SSO/SAML, custom retention and security policies, and a dedicated SLA. It's quoted individually — contact sales.
